Himalyan salt lamps are carved from lumps of natural rock salt, so they are all individual and provide a gentle light that glows either orange or pink.  They come with a safety plug fitting and a 15w pygmy bulb.  We like them because as well as looking beautiful, they emit negative ions which help counteract the electrical pollution that nowadays surrounds us.  We always have one in each treatment room at the clinic.  They are also supposed to help with insomnia and breathing problems.
