Niki McGlynn, Homeopath and Reflexologist has undergone extensive training in order to specialise in these areas where support
and help can be lacking.

"I have had an increasing number of ladies coming to see me with fertility problems and it seemed to make sense to really find out how we can help them.  Couples with fertility problems offer a complex range of situations that I often find can be helped, either to go on to conceive naturally or to increase the chances of success through IVF, which prevents an enormous amount of heartbreak and wasted cash - IVF is increasingly limited on the NHS and extremely expensive.
I have found that a combination of homeopathy, regular reflexology and some simple dietary advice can make a huge difference to a diverse range of problems, from PCOS to inovulation and poor sperm counts and motility.  I have also trained in Maternity Reflexology, so am able to offer safe regular treatment throughout pregnancy and beyond, where evidence shows that this can have a positive effect in reducing the length of labour and minimise intervention." 

Homeopathy and reflexology can deal with some of the worst problems of pregnancy such as morning sickness, carpal tunnel syndrome and SPD, they can help stabilise blood pressure, are deeply relaxing and may help turn stubborn babies and stimulate labour.


Postnatally, homeopathy can work wonders at speeding post birth healing, dealing with shock and the effects of when delivery doesn't quite go as planned.  Homeopathy can help with feeding problems such as mastitis and thrush and is safe and effective for the youngest of babies with problems such as colic, sleeplessness or constant crying. 

We also offer Mother and Baby kits to have at home and use yourself, which we support with advice and occasional courses on how to get the most from your kit.
